Family House – Cigar Maker’s Cottage
This two-story 1880’s Cigar Maker’s Cottage has been completely renovated and has a living room with 42′ flat screen TV/DVD, Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Foil, wrap, ziplock bags, coffee, sugar, cream and dishwasher soap are included. Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, dining room and bath (with outdoor shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs in the loft style 2nd story are two bedrooms, a toilet closet and a vanity in the master bedroom which features a King memory foam bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom bedroom also has a King memory foam bed and a flat screen TV.
Lennon’s Lodge
Lennon’s Lodge features original Cuban tile preserved throughout the house which is unique to Key West. Upon entering the spacious living room, a large tropical sectional queen sleeper sofa (5” memory foam mattress) allows you to comfortably watch the 46” flat screen TV with over 300 channels and a Bose Bluetooth speaker to enjoy the music of your choice.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a double door refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine, champagne glasses and everything you need to prepare meals or heat leftovers from our many local restaurants. A breakfast bar separates the LR from the kitchen with swivel bar stools.
Of course, you have a private rear deck with outdoor dining table, sofa, chairs and a new Hot Springs 8 person, top of the line, hot tub to relax in after a day of sightseeing or being on our crystal clear, Caribbean waters.
Caribbean Cottage
Caribbean Cottage is an Historic Bahamian house that has been completely renovated December, 2018. Located on a 2 block long lane situated between Duval Street and Simonton Streets, just off U.S. 1 (Truman Avenue).
Sit on the front porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing and watch people strolling down the street and listen to the soothing sounds of the blue water fountain in the front garden. There is a bicycle lock up in the front, too.
Sunset Suite
Overlooking the gardens and 3 fountains in a gated 5-unit compound, the entrance to our spacious Sunset Suite is through a totally enclosed private decked courtyard with a 4-person spa, private outdoor shower, custom made table and stools.
